If you’re having trouble signing in to Snip Learn, you may request a password reset by username or email. 

Password Reset by Email

Follow the steps below to reset your password by email:

  1. Click Here or visit sniplearn.com/lost-password
  2. Enter your Username or E-mail address and select GET NEW PASSWORD.
  3. Check your E-mail for “Snip Learn: Reset Password request” (may arrive within a few minutes) > confirm the request by clicking the link in the email> check your email again for “Snip Learn: New Password generated”.
  4. Visit sniplearn.com/member-login and use the generated password to login > Once logged in, click on “Profile Details” tab located under “My Account” page > enter a new password and retype it to confirm password > click “Save Changes”

Didn’t receive the password reset email?

  1. Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders as well as any email filters you’ve enabled.
  2. Click Here or visit sniplearn.com/lost-password > If you enter your Username the first time then try again with your E-mail address and select GET NEW PASSWORD. If you enter your E-mail address the first time, try again with your Username and select GET NEW PASSWORD.
  3. Still can’t find it? There may be a delay with your email provider (may take a few hours).
